Hi all,
can anybody help me with a Daewoo problem?
Initially I was called to the set and when first switched on it had a very good picture but after aprox 5 mins the brightness started pulsing/flickering.
I tap tested for dry joints on neck pcb & main pcb but joints appear ok, I tried lopt adjustments but brightness increased/decreased smoothly & flickering continued.
Stuck for ideas I tried to adjust the brightness and contrast via handset to see if this had an affect on the pulsing, it did the screen went horribly bright displaying what appeared to be a negative image and no readjustment of the handset controls made much of a difference, I readjusted the lopt settings and handset brightness control and got a watchable picture with no flickering in pretty pink only (no green).
Anybody got any ideas?
Also I do not have a diagram I have download a schematic but I am unable to get it to unpack from its rar format, any suggestions as to where I can get hold of a diagram for this set would be appreciated.
