| For a start, you can try to replace the main capacitor. It's the largest capacitor, usually ca 150-470 uF / 400-450 V. |

i have a coolsat 5000 reciver it has a murex smps board t1al-250vac. when powering up it up the display flikers every3 seconds and hear a cliking sound coming off the smps board. i know thats not much information on the power board but thats all i could find on the board. i got alot of spare parts but dont know what to switch out. thanks for any feeback  |
