| You need to find out the capacitor with 10uf/250v or 10uf/160v value and replace it. |

| The Tv is JVC Av-21FMG3B is having no sound & picture , only the timer LED is blinking. The Horizontal Transistor ( HOT) is ok & the voltage on the collector of HOT is 118v but it reduces 1 by 1 to 84v. what could be the problem. help plz |
