| You probrably got cheap IC's. In mine the red was out, I bought cheap IC's and replaced them-still red was out and in about 4 min-it went totally out and chirping was heard from somewhere on the board. I felt the heatsinks and one was cool,one was real hot. I replaced the hot one with one of my old ones, it had picture-but red was still out---so I replaced it with the other old one and it is fine now-everything lines up. I paid $10 each for my IC's and with searching on this site-found out they could be chinese made and have problems....that was my case. |

| I replaced both IC's and one resister and TV is watchable but I cannot get blue crosshairs to line up on right side. In fact the blue crosses are even slanted. |
