| Plz Help me with this Tv ,the Tv is JVC Av-21FMG3B & it's not starting up ,power is ok The voltage on the collector of HOT is reaching about 118v & The Horizontal Transistor ( HOT) is ok but the tv is not starting up , the power LED is normal Red but the timer LED is blinking. so what could be the problem. help me plz
