Hello,

Many TV sets now have these screens : it is simple, you deal with a high quality picture tube , and FX stands for absolutely flat screen
(f= flat ,x = screen) with a very good pixel rate and a high contrast(blackline)
Sony, Philips use such picture tubes ; you can recognise them by the dark view when you look at such a screen without it producing a picture.
When you buy such a television, it probably will be high quality!

Just a quick one here, Im looking to buy a tv and come accross "Black Line FX" for the screen/CRT Type, just wondering if anyone can tell me what that means.
