Your tv had at first a serious overload,caused by a sort circuit in one of the horizontal or vertical endstages, you can hear that by the ticking sound in the power supply, which is overload protected, and turns off and then back on until the overload is solved,but as you might not know, this works not forever,and when nothing is done , also the power supply of the set could get destroyed after a short time and obviously this happened in your case... So I think you will have to let your set repair...  |

| We were watching tv and everything was fine for several hours, then it just died. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, the power light comes back on theres some clicking from inside the back cover then light goes out and cant turn it on.
Any insight into what may have happened would be appreciated |
