Not familiar with the unit or have access to a service man but, can you post a picture of the plug or posssibly scope the signals present at the plug? It may give you more ideas as to what is available at the plug.
If it is meant for a standard tv interface, it is more than likely a composite video & not easily interfaced with RGB. |

Hello,
I need the AMSTRAD DTX720 Service Manual and/or the schematics of this portable TV/DVD player. I need to connect it to a PC (using RGB and separate sync) but I don't know the pinout of the "TV IN" input. It's a strange connector - a flat one (4 pins) coupled to a 4-pole jack. I just want to know what type of syncronisation signal uses (separate sync, sync-on-green or composite). Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! |
