| Japanese transistors are usually not marked with the complete type designation. For example, C5929 should be read out as 2SC5929, and this part should not be difficult to buy or find a replacement for.
Never try to use a television-type horizontal output transistor (BU508, S2000 etc) in a computer monitor, as those transistor types are too slow for the higher horizontal frequencies used in monitors. If the circuitry does at all operate with a BU508, the transistor will soon overheat due to switching losses. |

| slt tt le monde.j'ai 3 écran hp 7540,ils ont le meme probleme,ils ne s'allume pas,quand j'ai testé te transistor c5929 je l'ai trouvé grillé,sinon tt le rest apparait bien(apres le test).j'ai remplacé ce transistor par un BU508 l'un des trois est marché pour 3 semaines puis le meme proble est revenu,mais pour les deux autres ils ont fonction pour quelque minutes puis ils ont retombé en panne.
que dois je faire? quels sont les transistor équivalent du c5929 car ils ne sont pas disponibles sur le marché |
