Part # 259296 (Flyback) That comes up as a flyback transformer ,,, You are telling me splitter , I am assuming the slpiter is what it plugs into ? I am of course not any type of a pro , so any layman terms you can use would be awesome |

| Cp 150 is that a capictor ? I have TV open front and back everything is clean , and nothing is leaking as I have read about leaks lol so i checked !
I did just notice the red wire that goes into the flyback is broken off from inside , ya can just lift the wire out of it effortlessly , some one was already in this TV , they also had a picture gun ? not sure what ya call it , but they had the circuit board disconnected from the center 1 . I also want to say the guy who replied , it was your posts that got me to join this forum , I goggled some questions and every time your name came up ! So is it possible this broken wire could be my whole issue ? |

| When i plug TV in it starts to power up and goes off , it does this 2 more times and stays off...
Any idea when i am looking at , does that sound like the flyback ? |
