| i have had a similar fault on a 28" panasonic tv, it turned out to be a 470r resistor, R469, across the scan coils in the frame circuit, the resistor acts as a damper, the set was an alpha one chassis fitted in a tx28a1, uk set, may be a similar problem in yours. |

| Sounds like the vertical IC crapped out. Replace IC 451 LA78045. Also check R481/482 1 ohm 1/2 watt. Also replace C454 220uf@50vdc. |

Hi guy I having a problem with a panasonic CT32SX31 with fine line & a whistle across the whole sreen( not retrace lines)
Has anyone seen this problem.
