Such capacitors should not be a problem to find if you have some electronics junk laying around. Typically, those are used as "Y" capacitors connected from mains to ground or between primary and secondary side of switched mode power supplies, i.e. computer (ATX) power supplies or switched mode wall plugs, phone chargers etc.

Hi

I think I have fixed tv now but I have broke a small cermic capacitor it is connected from the wire that goes round the crt to the shelding on the tuner input. I assume it is for filtering does anyone know what size it should be and the voltage. I have crakced another it is marked 102 /1kv is the voltage really critcal i only seem to be able to source lower voltage ones.
