| I need! Urgently! a new ones ( or used but workable)

It is almost certain your tuner that is causing the problem. It is very easy to repair. Just resolder all the loose earth joints inside the tuner. It is also nice to know that when you squeeze the tuner hard with your hands, the set will start most of the time! If it is not helping, just replace the tuner with an Philips UV916 which is 100% compatible! You can find this tuner in almost any turbodrive videorecorders! | When tv is started for very first time in a day,there is no sound and picture(no high voltage at all)
and LED starts blinking 13 times.The power suply seems to me O.K.Any advice???? A list of ERROR BLINKING CODES might help me out!!!!! RIKI |
