Thanks minnie for replying,
Now that you mention about the cracked panel. When I turn the tv on, I can see two one-inch black spots on the screen or panel and inside on one of them there is something looks like a crack. I notice this spot when I bought it (it is a used tv).
So, I need to get the panel or a new tv, I guess the latter would be cheaper.

The tv was working all right until I laid it down on the back seat of my car (screen down) to moved it out to another apartment, then the color vertical lines started.
I already clean all the flat cables with alcohol just to make sure they're making good contact.

|
Hi there,
I have a Sharp LC-20B6U-SM with colored vertical lines and black stripes on the screen (right side on screen).
Any help would be appreciated.
P.S.
Is the LC-20b6u service manual the right one to be used with this tv or it suppose to be lc-20b6u-sm?
Thanks
