While it is usually safe to assume it is a 2SCxx series, in this case you are probably looking for KTC2008? (korean manufacturere) --is this it? http://tinyurl.com/5cxmq9 btw, I know Farsi  |

Something tells me you either mistyped the number or looked it up wrong? 2SC2800 is a RF power txistor used in RF amplifier/transmitters in the UHF/microwave band --certainly not in a computer monitor  |
