Depending on what part of the world you are and what is available to you, best to look at the datasheet and find the closest match. Those are actually 2SD718 & 2SB688 matched pairs. | Have an broken car audio amplifier Prology Av-470. In output circle of it was used an complimentary pair of transiztors: kd718+kb688.
Want to replace this two with more powerfull transistors in same body (TO-3P). Have anyone idea which transistors with P~80-100W or more, i can use? Thanks! |
