If the pwr supply has 2 capacitors in range of 2.2mfd 350v change them, and also one for 250v 10mfd, or check them if you have a cap meter.
I am looking at a different model, so values may differ, if they do then check the electrolytic capacitors on power supply. |

I have a Panasonic TC-212T Tv the problem is that I have a power problem, that the relay clicks but nothing happenes only the LED is light normally & when I measure the voltage on HOT it's reading fluctuating from 4- 91v ( changing frequently. I think I have some grounding problems on the relay or power to the replay problem because when i was measuring volatges on secondary & with -ve of meter on ground & if i touch the autocoupler with the +ve the Tv starts & work normally & the fluctuating voltages reads normally 91V ( the B+ ), so help me what can be the problem |
if you supply is on STR voltage regulator, change the str,
if it is not then check and change faulty capacitors on supply, even resistors could have wrong values or lost values, check out. |
