| Hi! I've registered here, hoping someone may be able to help me. I repair laptops for a living so am quite happy with SMD rework and have a whole workshop full of test equipment...
I recently acquired a 42" plasma TV (A SKY branded Daewoo PDS4250) at an unbelievably cheap price, because it has an intermitant fault. Most of the time, the picture quality is great and I can't fault it. However, occasionally the picture appears unable to display colour properly. If you imaging playing a film on your PC in 16 colour mode, you'd know what I mean. It looks just like everything is rendered in 16 colours. Then, it'll flick back to normal again... The issue happens on all video sources though it doesn't appear to affect the menu and OSD.
