|
I have no clue if anyone here can help. but I recently picked up a power supply for a tattoo machine and when I plugged in in DOH! I had it set to 110V not 220V (I live in Korea) All I get is a loud hum from the machine, and nothing at all once I switched it back to 220V (there's a digital screen and it does not turn on) It will be a MAJOR problem to replace the unit and I'm at a loss as to what happened or if I can fix it. THere was no you-can't-miss-it burning transformer smell and upon tearing the unit apart no noticeable burns, or any damage at all. It's a simple setup using a tranformer, a curcuit board with a couple of resistors and capacitors, and all is attached to some switches and dials and the digital screen. Any suggestions? I would be much appreciated!! |
