Hello,
Your remote doesn't seem to have a specified code for a Celestial TV, but you can try to find the code by using the manual mode of the remote:

1) put on your tv set
2) press the "set" button and keep it pressed
3) also press the device button, "tv1" for example, the led lights up now.
4) now release both buttons, and press the "power "button on your remote once, the led goes blinking now.
5) aim your remote on your tv and press the power button on your remote slowly, repeat this just until your tv goes into standby; when your set goes in stanby, you have found a valable code, if the buttons correspond with the right functions , just press once more the "tv1" button to store the code.
otherwise repeat all the main steps to find another valable code...
