I disconnected the lower YDRV and i get a snowy top with the bottom half black. Now the set doesnt shut off or go to standby. It stays on. The the voltage check mean the sus boards are good? Thank you for the help.

White picture, replaced y sustain. Red sparkles and shuts down sounds like a bad panel. Crying or Very sad

I have sound but no picture. Well the picture is snowy red and goes to standby or off in a second. i just replaced the ysus. For the voltages where do you check those at? thank you for any help.

With the back off there should be a sticker that gives you the VS and VA voltages. If you look at the sustain boards you should see vs and va labeled on some of the plugs. Check these voltages.

White picture, no sound. 2 problems. Digital main board does all the video/audio processing. I say digital main. The reason for the service manual is to be able to trace paths and block diagrams.
