yes i did. the tv came with this problem. we acquired it from a friend. after i replaced the ic`s i noticed the resistor looked burned, and it happened to be one you told me to check. i replaced it and it worked for a couple of seconds then i smelled a burnning smell and qickly turned it off only to find the resistor had blown. so i replaced it again and the same thing happend again. so i know the new ic`s worked but the resistor keeps blowing and im not sure if the ic`s are damaged now. i just thought it would be a simple fix after researching it online but now its getting to be a project. now im determined to try and fix it as long as the cost is minimal. thanks again for your help and time. |
