By shotgun approach I meant, When/if there is no service information available, you can try testing various components around the defective stage & possibly find the cause & repair the circuit.--provided you have the basic device theory knowledge. In your case, it may only be the IGBT's but, if there are any burned or leaky components, it may be rather difficult to pinpoint & rather time consuming. |

Hi all, I am currently trying to service a battery charger using a switch mode power supply. I already found the IGBT's destroyed but I would like to have a schematic of this charger if anyone has it please?! The battery charger is a product of Exide Technologies Model no: 1CHL024V025GZRO Serial no: RG105 The PCB inside is of CMP batteries limited with a model no: 4CMP270001PCB Thanks a lot in advance for your help.
