| You said white line in center, of this is down the middle then it's a line scan, usually scan correction components or dry joints a possibility...
... if its across the middle then it's the frame/vertical scan problem, this could also be dry joints or a faulty vertical output drive chip. Leaving it on with a bright line will burn the inside screen coating and cause permanent damage, better to keep this at a low brightness to avoid tube damage. Dave |

| I have a Toshiba TV model# CE35F15 which is 10 years old. The unit worked great until this weekend when all that was left was a 1/2" white horizontal line in the center of the screen. The audio works fine. Anyone know what part went bad? And where to purchase?
