| Hello, You may find that's it's both the battery and the charger. I've seen on 3 tosh laptops recently. As the guy before me said, take the battery out and then plug the power cable in. If that doesn't work, then beg, borrow or steal another charger and try it, still with the battery out. If both of those do not resolve the issue then you're looking at the power circuit on the laptop.......cost a bit to fix ! Good Luck |

| Have you tried powering it on, plugged in without the battery or with a different battery? On some laptops a bad / shorted battery will prevent it form turning on. | |

| I have a problem with my Toshiba satellite A65-S1062 laptop. When I plugin the wall ac adapter the light comes on as it should. But when I power it on the lights go off, and nothing happens after that. | |
