If caps did not solve it, you may have a shorted regulator/diode on the supply board? OR there is a possibility of it being elsewhere on the set? One supply PCB is listed Here |

| tv only just 12 months old , nothing but a ticking noise coming from the tv when mains power is applied no lights that i can see on the front, i suspect the psu. have changed most of the electrolytic capacitors with no results.
anyone got any further tips for repairing this set. The set has a PSU PROVIEW MLT198H any help appriciated alan[/img] |
