thank you for your response. I am not a repair person, but the info will be helpful. I wanted to find out if this problem (apparently common) has been successfully repaired -- before paying for the diagnostic charge.
I have found a local repair center who says they have seen this before.
Also, is there another CD player (Denon DM33 or otherwise or other brand) which might work with the M7 system? |

Open the player then measure the voltage to mechanic dc motor for open/close or it's mechanic problem, try to open the mechanic but watch at every mark on every part ( triangle or circle marking ) maybe there's a damage gear or dc motor problem, repair it then reinstall, remember with every marking. |

Does anyone know about the Denon M7 3-CD player? at any given time, 1, 2 or all 3 CD drawers won't open OR play the CD and gives an error message. I don't mind taking it to a repair shop, but wondered how extensive/expensive this might be... looks like the DM33 fix was realtively easy.
Also, would the DM33 CD player work with the M7 system? Any other player?
Thanks - I'm in California |
