Possibility : 1. Regulator over voltage.
2. Capacitor at horizontal transistor ( collector ).
3. Horizontal deflection yoke.
4. Abnormal frequency from oscillator horizontal.

Be sure to check driver transformer solder joints.

Just looking at the 1st Sony manual I had laying out (a 2004 vintage KV-32FV1):
Base of H. Output Transistor shows -.3 volts DC/55 volts peak-to-peak;
Collector of H. Driver xstr shows 102 volts DC/246 volts p-p;
Base of H. Driver xstr shows -.7 volts DC/5.5 volts p-p.
I'm presuming by "AC" you mean "peak-to-peak," NOT that the shape of waveform is AC (sine wave).

I have Sony TV model KVSW212N60 my problem is everytime i switch on.. Hor.out transistor got shorted. I change already the FBT. I check the out of Hor.oscillator transfomer its 5V AC, is it normal?
