| Try to find the signal that is used to tell the controller that the set has found a valid signal (usually, it comes from the horizontal sync circuitry), and check that there is some reaction on it when the set stops on a channel.
I remember that many years ago, similar symptoms could occur on Samsung TVs (P-50, P-54 chassis etc) using a Mitsubishi control system, if the clock crystal for the controller was defective so the controller was running far off from the correct frequency. |

| Hello friend I need your help..
I have a TV Sony KV-X2933E Chassis AE-1B with this problem: When It is searching channels for tuning, it stop 1 second in every channel found but it continues searching always. I have replaced the tuning control SDA20560-A012 and I have resolded all components in the IF board but it doesn't fix the problem. I have the service manual but I don´t know what more to do.
