| recently purchased replacement toner cartridge...HOWEVER....new cart doesn't click when inserted...hence machine shows toner needed...what casn i do ???...willing to hammer it in to get it to click...probably a bad idea...got a good one??? | |

| hi kranksaft.if your copies a solid black.your copiers problems possible couses:
1-exposurelamb fuse broken 2-exprosurelamb broken 3-highvoltage board broken(LAST PROBABILITY) if are u cleaning the optical area check the mirrors position. GOOD LUCK. |

| My Xerox 5308 has recently been making black copies for no reason on and off.
I place the sheet I want to copy and press the copy button and the sheet comes out black. I found a way to make it work again I open the cover and turn the light dark knob back and forth and everything works again until it decides to do it again. What could be causing this? It seems odd that it occurs at random. Thanks for any help in advance. |
