| Best way to find a substitute is to find out what you have available in the category and look for the closest or better specification.
In this case, first look for "triple diffused mesa" type and compare it's rating to the original---mainly max breakdowns, case style, and for horizontal application, the tf & tstg are critical to be at least the same or faster. Here is the original 2SC5929(more likely discontinued & superceded)  |
