| I replaced VDR602 with Sony part ZNR V10271U. Now the standby light comes on and flashes when the power button is pushed on the front of TV. When the power button is pushed to turn it off there is a popping sound coming from the speakers of the TV. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks Switchbacker  |

| If anyone could please help me with this TV problem I would appreciate it very much. Power supply(A1316432A) has smoke on the board. I think it is (or was) a ZNR V10471u burnt beyond recognition. I recieved a spike on 1 phase of my electrical panel that blew pretty much everything. I found components blown off boards of half of my electronics in my house, but have managed to repair most things worth keeping. This TV power supply has me confused. I replaced the ZNR but up in smoke it went again as soon as I plug it in. But this power supply throws the electrical breaker but the fuse is OK. I can only see that one component blown and the Capacitor beside it blackened. It is like I have a short across the AC. I found a service manual part 2 of KV-32S40 but I can't find the rest of the document. If anyone can help me I would be grateful. Thanks Switchbacker  |
