Thanks for your answer @jts1957, Have changed the switching regulator strs6707, but still wont power up the secondary, has a no/no power. Will try and analyze side components which am assuming values could have been changed earlier. |

| Do secondaries of Switched Mode Power Supply have necessary voltages?
If all = NO ... problem in SMPS (?regulator?). If one (or more) missing (or low) ... check for short on that (those) supplies. (?Horizontal Output device?) |

| Primma Tv 20" no model shows.
Has an STR S6707 on pwr supply and cannot switch on has continuous buzzing sound when switched on, any manuals or help |
