I bought one desoldering tool (for try) I need few more - its good, online from Polish distributor Remex or Renex, very good price for such tool, ok 5 days + weekend delivery time but weel , you can try there

ESD Gloves are used in the Nokia official repair centers.

Just renewed my IPC7711/7721 certification with these people. I was in their facility for 10 days and got to use their lab with top notch equipment. They have a vast inventory of different brands. --not cheap & don't have to buy from them, but a good bit of information. I have used Weller, Metcal, JBC,Hakko, Edsyn etc. Tend to favor the JBC but they are all worth it.

There is this great site, its called Google, ever heard of it? You can find anything there. Give it a whirl and see what happens. You'll be surprised on what you can find if you just put a little effort into it.
