may be there is an overload in the deflection stage(horizontal)
monitor the B+ with load and without load. |

| maybe it has abnormal voltage or highvoltage in circuit thats why the oscilation does not continue n it will shut off. |

clear the board of broken sholder make sure to solder it clean. |
