Of course, they do include the following on their site: "If a repair is really simple (e.g. a split hose), and doesn't need a repairman, we will be pleased to sell you the spare part in order to carry out the repair yourself. However, as a responsible company, your safety is of importance to us, so we may refuse to sell certain parts to you." In the USA, parts and literature (both user and service) is often available through the same company / distributor. |
