The two digits after the "/" in a Philips type designation can either mean a variant for a certain market (for instance, the general european models often have /00 but any special variant for Scandinavia has /19), or it can designate options like color of the casing and so on. Usually, differences are so small that the same service manual etc covers all such variants.

In case of tv sets, you should search for a service manual for the chassis instead of one for the complete set. Often, the chassis designation is printed in one of the lower corners of the nameplate on the back panel. If not, there are model-to-chassis cross reference lists online, for instance on this site.
