thank yall very much for the info. i have another component question tomorrow......trying to figure what an L stands for on the circuit board...

it is an L with a number.....anyway there were 2 components just alike and they resemble resistors but the strip code does not match any resistors......

one was cracked....

None of my sources mention your specific exact model.
IF this is a ceramic disc cap in the horizontal deflection circuit area, my sources show a value of anywhere between 270pfd and 560pfd, with 330pfd being most common. ALL are at 2KV. Smile

do yall work with phillip magnavox also......i have a 7p6041 c102 projection tv that blew a capacitor but when it did it destroyed the identification marks......now it will not power up.
