to be completely visible (horizontal lines slowly fill the screen) the colors are bad, all the images look like cartoons no matter what display mode I choose, sound is good, the screen is not cracked anywhere. could it be bad caps in the power supply? any help appreciated. ok. I replaced a few larger caps 16v 470 micro and no change.

would anyone know if this is a power supply problem, or a different board problem?
