gud day..try to pull out the pump unit it easy to repair or put that if you pull it out the pump unit..and look for the missing spring...

I need help with this ASAP....

I set up printer as per instructions on the Epson site. Went to print test page and printer found errors…

Check reference manual and it say it had a jammed foreign object, which i thought was this (figure 1)

Found this part to be not attached to anything, but just sitting in printer bay. After removing this part from the bay, I noticed that the (red circle area in figure 2) was quite loose and this is why the printer head can not return to the home position.

I don’t know if this is suppose to move this much, but it does not look like it.

Do you have any idea if the white clip is suppose to hold this stable?

If you can help me our let me know how to fix, will be a great help
