If the set was working well enough for your cousin without any updates - How come that's not good enough for YOU?

| hey people i was given this tv as my cousin is moving to cyprus and is not taking it with him...
i understand you can update the software on these tv's (my cousin hasnt updated it and he got the tv brand new!) so i have been searching the net for a software / firmware update but have no luck 
does anyone here know were i can get the update?? many thanks in advance turbz |
