The problem is not a tank at all. Almost the whole of the bottom of the printer is covered with an absorbent material about 2 cm thick. To correct this error you would have to remove the upper cover, remove the printer assembly from the lower cover. You would then have to replace the absorbent material and reassemble. If you really want to go to all this trouble for a very inexpensive printer then I can get you the info on resetting the eprom info. A word of caution, just resetting the eprom will cause ink to run out the bottom of your printer. |

check out the waste tank dude.. its not the ink tanks the printer is referring to.. most probably its located where ur catridges rest.. |

I received an error message while i'm printing my documents with Pixma IP 1000 "Waste Tank Full", the color prints are ok except for black ink. Please help, to resolve the problem? Thanks |
