| Shine a strong flashlight into the blank screen.If you see a faint picture, replace the inverter boards.If no faint pic the panel is probably bad.If you have menu or logo the mainboard is probably bad,the tuners not producing channels. | |

| Thanks Dan for the reply. My TV serviceman says that the power suply is OK, and that the fault is at panel. My logic is that grundig logo would not appear for 2-3sec. if the panel was faulty? Should I try another service and, and according to you what I should suggest him? rgrds |

| Check the power supply capacitors for bulged tops,If not the power supplyits probably the inverter boards | |
