Start by checking the fuses in power supply area: PS601, PS602, PS651 (22V), PS652 (14V), PS653 (7V), PS654 (135V). On the cathode end of the diodes that the last four fuses protect (Reference = ground) you should have the supply voltages inside the brackets.
With "response" LED blinking, I have to assume you have 5V supply (via 14V). Being that set is from late 80's, I presume NO repetitive "pattern" to LED Blinking? |
