Please, if somebody can help me, my autostereo doesn't play any cd, it works with the radio, but when I wanna listen to a cd, it take a time trying to read it and it appears and disappears many times in the screen:

CD Play and then it changes to the radio.

Sometimes in the screen appears:

CD Error
E12

My autostereo is:

Visteon CDR 4610

Can it be possible to fix it?
