I brought a CRT Sony KVHR32M31 and when they delivered the TV I think they dropped it. The picture is like this. Can you tell me if it can be repaired.

When I put it on a channel with no picture on it like AV (meaning nothing is not plug into AV) it is like this.

Does anyone know what is wrong with the TV and how big of a problem it is.

The TV is not next to any speakers.
