I have a scan maker 9600xl that only blinks the led and lamp when powered on. I also have several others that are not recognized by the computer. They all worked at one time when I had them. I would like to ship it to someone and have them check it out. Or if you have any recommendations to where I can find someone to do this. Thanks!
