Long time to start with blinking LED usually indicates weak CRT. If no LED lights/blinks now, after lightning strike standby power supply +5V failure is probable. Q601/602 R607 problems will not stop LED from blinking at turn on request. probable CRT problems make this likely to be uneconomical repair. |

What regulator? Does this not sound like a convergence board problem? The TV would blink at its final stage of operation. Prior to this the TV would turn on but would require a warm up period of 10-15min where the screen would be white/grey color no true picture until the warm up expired. Then shortly after lines would appear on the screen then eventually fad out . |

|
Can you help direct me to a schematic or advise on likely component failure on the power supply board G-Board #A1316212A. The fuse is not blown. The TV does not turn on. Failed following a lightning strike nearby. Any ideas on locating a schematic or replacement board?
The Sony Projection TV model is a #KP53V25
