| If you are really into doing that you could run memtest86 http://www.memtest86.com/ That would give you the bad coordinates, and I have no idea how you would map that to which chip it is on. But even to see this test you would have to be running it on a computer. Where I have no idea how to get one still running SDRAM, then I suppose you would do some real precision soldering to exchange it from a known good chip. You'd be best just to get another one. It sucks that they're obsolete. I'm curious though, what form of SDRAM can't you get anymore? I know they will eventually all be obsolete and unsupported, but I thought they were all still available. |
