I have the same problem with my tv as well. I tried replacing the strf6629b with no results. i have a flow chart that says the voltage on pin 4 of the strf6629b should be +14-18v DC but im reading -36v. I think this has something to do with the power supply board because all of the green lights do not come on or go off at the same time. I think i might be i907.
Any thoughts?

Thanks, Kyle

One more thing if it matters. The red LED on the main pwr board (not the one mounted to the side on the right) kinda blinks it never goes totaly out but it is bright then a little dim then bright and then a little dim and so on... does that matter?
